Takeru and Ryo are struggling through teenage angst when a mysterious light in the woods offers forth a young girl practically out of Takeru's dreams. They are promptly attacked by a strange alien-looking monster...and so begins the strangest adventure in their lives.

There is darkness looming over our two cute and mysterious girls, Hikari and Akari. Mysterious deaths are happening all around the world and it seems that Akatsuki City is in the center of it all. As the well-endowed Dr Portman appears and suddenly begins to board at Mari's house, Akari's fears only continue to grow.

The story revolves around Takemoto Takeru who lives with his aunt and uncle and their young daughter Mari. Takeru was abandoned by his parents when he was very young and has emotional scars which he keeps buried within him. His friend Ryou has a similar situation in his past.
