Chandler McKenzie has worked with the Tucker family since he became guardian to his younger siblings at age nineteen. Now, at twenty-six, he’s almost home free. In the meantime, he needs to manage the attraction he has always felt for his boss’ son Ryland, whom he’s now been assigned to work for since Ry’s former PA resigned. The one thing he should never do is let on just how much he likes Ry. It's inappropriate. After all, he works for the guy. And anyway, he’s not sure which way Ry swings. Quite frankly, it’s a hopeless fantasy. It would be emotional suicide to get too connected.

Thirty-year-old Ryland Tucker, Jr. is almost a recluse, except for the times when he goes out to promote Sight Lines, Inc, the non-profit organization that his father started when Ryland was born. He runs it and works tirelessly to raise funds, which are used to benefit the blind. He’s lonely, though, and the person he desires isn’t likely to want a blind guy. He knows his feelings for Chandler aren’t the typical boss and employee kind. But he should hide them because it would be beyond humiliating if his crush were exposed. There has to be another way to deal with his loneliness…he just has to find it.
