Storm Eason was a police officer who enjoyed his life, but something was missing. His work was satisfying but he needed more. He wasn’t looking for a little girl when he first saw Nora. He couldn’t help recognizing her needs though. Every instinct he had told him this girl needed him.

After he recused her and saw how lost and alone she was he had to step in to help her recover.
