Joseph realizes the vast fortune that is within his grasp might be what he needs to earn the respect of the ton he has always desired. All he must do is convince Rachel that he is the one for her in order to get it.

As these two opposites come together, each learns things about themselves, and each other, that have them begin to question what truly can make them happy.
