Rogues Rising continues the story of how some unique people survive and prosper during an apocalypse caused by a nuclear EMP attack on the USA and the rest of the world. The main characters are a Post-Apocalyptic Science Fiction writer, a crooked Federal Marshal, an NYPD Policeman, a Mobster, and a woman who is a mob enforcer. These people are unique because they quickly decide to do what it takes to survive and build a strong community before everything falls totally apart. Tony, Max, Amy, and Oscar are building an empire out of the ashes and save hundreds of people as they lay the foundation for Anthony Mongolusio’s criminal enterprises that are now legal in a collapsed world due to an EMP attack on the USA.
