It's one thing to have a playlist on her smartphone titled: I'm in Love With Kane Warren, and quite another to meet the man in real life. Evie Rhodes has heard about him. Country music's bad boy. The Kane Warren. He's recently divorced, his drama splattered all over the entertainment news. And really, the title of her playlist means she loves his music. Not him. Really. Especially since his label recently dropped her without giving a reason crushing her dreams with one phone call.
When she meets him though, she immediately feels something for him and finds herself agreeing to be a nanny to his girls on a trip to Coconut Island. He'll be busy anyway, hosting master classes for the rich and famous as well as a concert and all proceeds will go to the island.
It doesn't take any time at all to fall for Kane's girls, McKenna and Melody and even less time to fall for him, but he's got Penelope and the woman has made it clear Kane is way out of Evie's league. Plus, her ex shows up to Coconut Island and is seemingly interested in getting back together. What was meant to be a getaway turns into a mess of musicians, bodyguards, misunderstandings, sand, sun, a cat named Fabio, and a thunderstorm that will either knock her out or knock some sense into her. Possibly both.
