Then Bleed City's Elder, the liaison between the humans and werewolves, calls for a tribunal. Three alphas from three other packs will arrive at the Shadow Pack's desert compound to hear evidence and testimony. The good news is that the tribunal requires strident, irrefutable proof of crimes against the pack before issuing a guilty verdict. The bad news is that Neela seems willing to do about anything to ensure Belle is convicted...
