Ryo, Hayato, and Takeshi meet Kei Kuruma, the fourth Arms. Kei turns out to be an agent of an organization called the Bluemen and she wants Ryo and the others' help in fighting Egrigori. However, the Bluemen may be as insidious and subversive as Egrigori. All the while, Ryo's Arms appear to be gaining control of him.
