Gwen Farris woke up one day in another person’s body, in a strange world she’d never even imagined existed. Now she has a new job as an agent for the King’s Special Service, trying to find the person responsible for stealing her old life and stopping them from destroying her new home by bringing the “old ones” back from the void, before it’s too late.
When sudden attacks come from terrorists, the only person that understands what’s going on is the stranger from a different world, making Gwen a hot commodity and useful resource, but also uncovering the fact that, as odd as it seems, she just might not be as alone in this new place as she thought she was.
