Returning to my childhood home feels surprisingly nice, but this is no vacation. I’m a man on a mission, and as soon as I clear my friend’s name, it’s back to Philly to be named partner in one of the most prestigious law firms on the East Coast.

I need to stay focused.

Which would be a lot easier if I didn’t keep running into Zara Phillips, an intriguing, hot as hell newcomer to Bridgewater. She makes it very clear she wants nothing to do with me, yet the looks she gives me send a different message.

Charming Zara should be the last thing on my mind, but the more time I spend with her, the more I want to stay in Bridgewater. She’s a once-in-a-lifetime woman, and when I finally catch her attention, I want to keep it.

Too bad she’s made it very clear she wants to remain in this small town. Staying would be career suicide. Leaving might cost me the love of my life.
