Free Burn by Drew Huff
He’s a lovestruck loser. She’s a real firestarter. Teenager “Triple-Six” is an incarcerated loser with lobster-like pincers for hands and a deranged new girlfriend who just framed him for a brutal murder. To make matters worse, his girlfriend’s mother is the infamous pyromaniac serial killer, Lorraine Worner, a woman with more than thirty victims and a dozen true-crime documentaries about her exploits. She was deceased until Triple-Six accidentally summoned her back to Earth. Now on the run from the human authorities and a number of Hell’s wardens, furious at him for releasing one of their most prized prisoners, Triple-Six makes a Faustian bargain with Lorraine in a final bid to get out of this mess and ride off into the sunset with the troubled girl of his dreams. If he can survive for three days without Lorraine killing him, she’ll give him his freedom and restore his malformed hands to normal. And maybe with normal hands, his girlfriend will finally love him.
