We fall in love, bond, then go kick ass. Romantic, right? No, not very. But I'm good with it. How could I not be? I'm the one who they share. I don't do the sharing. But sometimes things get smoky. Hazy. Complicated. Too many fires to put out. Too many lovers to satisfy. And too many suitors to consider. Just when I thought things were perfect with Taroc, someone new showed up and lit a fire in me. Parts of me that I hadn't known were dormant are coming alive. But is this worth losing Taroc over? And while I'm off waking up, the Corrupter is busy developing new spells. He's been trying to capture wraith lords, and we still haven't figured out why. I'm afraid that when the smoke clears, there will be nothing left.
