옥상에 도착한 생존자들은 작전대로 로프를 이용해 뒷산으로 대피하려고 하지만 아래층에서 올라오는 괴물들과 날아다니는 괴물 탓에 이마저도 쉽지 않다. 한편 현수는 위험에 처한 지수를 구하기 위해 육체의 괴물화를 용인해 괴물을 무찌르고 지수와 함께 옥상에 도착한다. 하지만 엄청난 괴물이 되어 나타난 절대 악 신중섭의 등장으로 현수와 은혁은 외롭고도 고독한 마지막 싸움을 시작한다.
