After six relationships with Mama’s Boys, Becca Strasenblum is left with the aftertaste of vinegar rather than the fine wine that she sought out. After her most recent breakup, she analyzes her relationships with these Mama’s Boys to find out why the wine went bad. Frightened by the thought that Mama’s Boys are taking over the entire male gender, Becca starts an underground organization called, “Stop the Mama’s Boys.” Just as the club’s movement is progressing, a member’s boyfriend discovers it and tells his mama. That mama tells other mamas and in retaliation they develop their own organization called, “Mamas Have Rights, Too”. These two organizations battle head to There can only be one winner.
