Cold Fire by Keegan Kennedy
We all know the formula, and we all love the stories…

Boy meets boy – one’s a closeted jock and the other’s a sweet college student with a heart of gold. The jock is always cautious and worried how others will perceive him. The gay protagonist is always too good to be true, and dare we say, dumb?

Then it’s all forbidden glances, angst, and misunderstandings, right? Well, this isn’t one of those stories.

Brennan Martell is an angry, guarded narcissist with a violent streak. Warner Carrington is an obsessive, dominant football player who’s a borderline sociopath. However, things are seldom black and white.

In this steamy romance novel, these anti-heroes collide, and their chemistry ignites like a nuclear warhead. But is this a match made in heaven or somewhere farther south?

Note to the reader from Keegan Kennedy:

Thanks for stopping by! Cold Fire is a steamy, standalone romance. If you’re looking for a guaranteed ending, you’ve come to the wrong place. I get that some readers want assurances about the ending of books, and that’s fine for other writers, but I vehemently refuse to promise one thing or another beforehand. Where the heck are the twists and turns in that? If I lose you as a potential reader, I wish you well and hold no hard feelings. As I mentioned, this is a standalone novel, but as the author, I reserve the right to write a sequel or spinoff if I wish. My characters are very opinionated on many subjects, and I refuse to edit their voices. Although I’m a gay man, I do not claim to represent the gay community as a whole, and I am not a spokesman for sexual practices, safe sex, kinky sex, or gender roles in sexual mechanics.

With all this said, Brennan, Warner, Sage, and Scotty are very excited to meet you.
