When stressed out, over-worked single mom Natalie has her plans canceled for a holiday getaway, she is both sad and relieved. Her little two-person floral business is overrun with orders, but her daughter is not going to get the magical Christmas vacation that she’s been dreaming about. When Fiona begins to conspire with her after-school mentor Paul, can the two of them pull off creating a little holiday magical of their own? And if they can, will they be able to convince Natalie to trust Paul enough to experience their heartwarming scheme? Because if she can learn to trust again, Paul may be more than meets the eye!

Fiona is sweet and precocious, and her mother's biggest fan. Natalie put Fiona in a mentoring program for kids who need a positive male role model a year ago, where she was paired up with Paul. Natalie is super appreciative of the time he gives to her daughter once a week. When her holiday pre-orders orders get too intense for her to handle, she asks Paul if she can pay him to watch Fiona a little extra in the weeks just after Thanksgiving. Amused, and totally fond of Fiona, Paul agrees. Unbeknownst to Nathalie, Paul and Fiona are cooking up a plan all their own to create a magical Christmas that Fiona’s mom will never forget.

With flickering Christmas lights, a roaring fire, and heartwarming Christmas cheer, can Natalie be reminded of the true meaning of Christmas? And as a special Christmas bonus, will Natalie get her wish of help to grow her company so that she can finally balance being a mom and being a businesswoman?
