Kaylee's enjoying some well-earned rest and relaxation as she licks her emotional wounds. Page and Ryan invite Kaylee to the opening of a new co-ed frat house on Greek Row. They practically have to drag her kicking and screaming, as one could imagine might be the case. She'd rather do anything other than to be frat entertainment.

Upon arrival, Kaylee is surprised by what she finds, an immortal frat establishment. Naturally, she is curious enough to see how well the immortals are getting along with the humans in close proximity.

Everything seems on the level, yet Kaylee begins to see things, death.

Ghosts will have their stories told, even if the only recipient is a PTSD riddled seer girl.
There will be more blood and disembodied horrors.
There will be more than one terrible mystery to unearth.
