Loving the Tiger by E.A. Price
The path of true love… and all that.

Carrick never wanted to claim a mate. He was thrust into the pride because no one else wanted him. After years of abuse, and no memory of his life before, his only option was to live in the pride. None of the female tigers ever appealed to him, and he was content with that. But when a young blonde tigress with enormous big blue eyes and a kind heart catches his eye, mate-claiming her seems the only way to save her from the other tigers in his pride. If only she wanted to be mated to him…

Lauren knows she will have to mate – female tigers have no choice. But when the angry, scarred shifter claims her, she doesn’t know what to make of him. With her parents and pride mates, Lauren never expected much out of life, but is a life with Carrick the best she can hope for?

Can the two of them navigate their way through Carrick’s past and Lauren’s doubts to find their happily ever after?

This story is a spin off from The Tiger's Mate, though it isn't completely necessary to read that story first. Also, this story contains swearing, scenes of a sexual nature with m/f interaction, and angsty relationship stuff intended for mature readers.
