This novel takes place during the same time frame as the previous novel, Edge of Love. While Sean and Scarlet are dealing with their troubles, Ryan and Janice are spending time working through their relationship, getting closer together, and finding solace in one another. Their love is filled with moments of laughter, steamy sex, and pure heartwarming romance. We see Ryan get his happily ever after, and he realizes how empty his life used to be without her.

Author's Note: This novel does not further the overall story of the series and is strictly through Ryan's point of view. It's a stand alone book.
