The All-New Tenchi Muyo!, Volume 5 by Hitoshi Okuda
"Tenchi Muyo" can mean "Useless Tenchi..". which is a pretty heartless way to refer to a guy who somehow survives daily life with a space pirate, an interstellar cop, a mad scientist, and two powerful alien rules as housemates. Of course, they're all lovely ladies, and most of them are violently in love with him, so our hapless hero doesn't have it all bad. In this volume, trouble arrives, as it so often does, via supergenius Washu's latest brilliant invention. A lab accident unleashes an adorable pint-size version of Tenchi, lots more adorable pint-sized versions of Tenchi... and then... dinosaurs? Blame it on the unholy combination of a photo album, a stack of books, and biomedical research equipment from outer space... and, of course, on Mihoshi's legendary klutziness. Also, the gang celebrates the traditional demon-fighting holiday of Mamemaki (even though Ryoko is, technically, a demon), one of little Sasami's classmates turns out to be an alien spy, and everybody eats, drinks, and fights like it's goin' out of style. And that's just the beginning...
