From the author of Demons and Other Inconveniences, comes a collection of tales involving classic monsters--witches and werewolves--told in totally unique ways.
The title story, "Lunacy", chronicles a Native American legend about three wolves. One wishes to be human. One sees humans as food. One is caught in between. When they give in to the kill, they are punished by the moon goddess to roam the earth as human beings. Over a century passes and the three human-wolves are drawn together again. How will their story end?
"Jeremy Boone" is an evil boy who meets his fate at the hands of his home town's "night life."
"Something Wiccan This Way Comes" is about two young boys who meet a witch. She isn't a green, warty witch. No, she is a sweet lady and she befriends the boys...But sweet old women have regrets and pasts and this one is no different. When her past catches up with her, it puts her new young friends in the most grave of danger.
"Legendary" is about an archeologist who finds the bones of a mythical creature--a unicorn. He is beside himself with excitement, but there are other creatures who would like to keep his find a secret. Sometimes it is better to be legendary than to be real.
