Six months ago the world fell apart when men, women, and children suddenly started turning into Zombies. The struggle to survive has been fierce and at times nearly hopeless. But a few have managed to set up a place of refuge and safety. The House.

Jake isn't well loved.

Or respected.

But he keeps the peace and holds things together by force of will and threat of death. In the new world they can't afford to coddle anyone and everyone has to hold to ridged controls for the safety of the group. Unfortunately for Jake there are people involved.

When that happens things never end well.

So now it's down to the wire and the only thing holding them all together is the will of a very good man, who's about half a second from not caring about anything and letting them all fend for themselves.
