It's springtime and the carnival is making its annual visit to Bailey City. Amidst the people working at the fair is a strange, stout woman with crazy red hair. The more the kids learn about this woman -- she hates loud noises, says trolls are her friends, can't stand the sun, and is always around when rides stop working -- the more certain they are that this woman is an evil troll who is there to ruin their carnival. Can the kids trick this troll into doing a good deed, thereby transforming her into a good troll, before she ruins everything?
