I dislike living alone in an empty house, but unless something radical changes, I’ve resigned myself to lonely bachelorhood. No one has ever interested me, I didn’t even know I had a fancy to tickle, if you get my meaning. Then a detour through a less than savory neighborhood brings me across one of my own students. I can’t just leave him on the street, especially in this neighborhood, right?
