When Rory meets fellow witch Blair Wilkes, visiting from the town of Fairy Falls with her boyfriend Nathan, Blair offers to use her unusual magical talent to help Rory to get to the bottom of the mystery.

Complicating matters, the Reaper returns to town along with his terrifying boss. Working with the Reaper again might be the only way for Rory to solve the murder, but more than her heart is in danger this time.
