When things don’t go as planned, Audrey begins her journey home, only to make the horrifying discovery that ninety percent of the population has suddenly died. Whatever happened sent cars spiraling out of control and planes to fall from the sky.
Alone and separated from her family, Audrey is soon joined by two other survivors. Their trek across Virginia is a nothing less than walking through a minefield. Each day more and more people mysteriously die.
They believe what has occurred is an EMP. However, they soon learn that it is something completely different. Something new. It is not over yet, not by a long shot.
Now, Audrey’s mission is not only to find her family, it is to stay alive until the event has run its course.
